Description
We are looking for a motivated Desktop Support / Technical Support / IT Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist end-users with technical issues related to hardware and software, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-3 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Assist with network connectivity issues and printer setups.
- Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.




- Collaborate with IT teams to improve support processes and user experience.
- Train users on basic software and hardware functionality.

Skills and Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications.
- Understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
