Role Description:
- Ensuring smooth operations Utility Area Critical Assets Operation & Maintenance.
- Operation & Maintenance of - 66/11KV HT Substation, 11KV/415V LT substation, 3MVA HT DG sets, 2250KVA DRUPS System, HT/LT Main Panel, STP Plant, ON grid solar power plant, Pump room operations, WTP & RO plants, HVAC High side Water cooled & Air-Cooled chiller operations, Pumps operations, Fresh air & Exhaust system, Water Management. Bio-gas plant, HSD yard & fuel management. AV System Management, BMS/SCADA System.

Key Responsibilities:
Asset Management
- Ensure 100% uptime for critical utility asset
- Preparation of 52 Week PPM schedule & ensure timely PPM works
- Responsible for routine testing & managing logs
- Planning & Execution of annual furlough & shutdown maintenance
- Responsible for legal, statutory & CEIG inspection
- Responsible for legal, statutory & CEIG inspection
- Coordination & Execution of One-time site improvement projects

Vendor Management
- Coordination of PPM works & Service-related works
- Coordination of Site visit & Survey




- Coordination for material entry & Inventory management
- Responsible for Critical spare maintenance & stock availability
- Responsible for work execution and Issuing work permits
- Responsible for EHS, Safety, PPE & LOTO

Manpower Management and Training
- Promote a healthy and teamwork oriented atmosphere in site
- Prepare a manpower budget as per the growth in the operations
- Identify the training needs of his team and assist in the development of modules to address the same
- Ensure that site is at their optimum staff strength
- Ensure that all the HR processes and staff welfare activities are implemented and carried out in site

Communication and Client Retention
- Stay in close communication with the client for all issues regarding services, additional business, recent initiatives and hygiene and prepare documents of the same
- Ensure that the branding policy is rolled out and followed as per the specifications
