Job description
- This role will join the ServiceNow Platform team. In this position you will work with end-users, analysts, IT teams and key stakeholders to implement/execute for a minimum of 2 areas - ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM, and/or CMDB solutions - leveraging technical best practices to deliver out-of-the-box and custom solutions to our customers on the ServiceNow platform.

What You Will Do:
- Perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform including mid-servers and integration points
- Work directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve support issues
- Gather, identify, and document business requirements
- Develop transparent and concise technical and process documentations
- Develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications with possible integration with other programs
- Troubleshoot bugs,



fix defects, support users and build enhancements for applications built in the platform
- Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
- Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.
- Ensure that the software behaves as designed by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process.
- Provide guidance within the platform to design and implement ongoing improvements for a portfolio of processes
- Duties and responsibilities can be any combination of development as it relates to ServiceNow modules, tables, and system policies
- Develop reports for management on SLAs/KPIs as they pertain to service delivery
- Manage integration between ServiceNow and other systems/p
