- Handling of product life cycle activities from design development to implementation
- Driving the product design to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost through innovation
- Perform state-of-the-art ANSYS Finite Element Analysis for stress, vibration, determination of low cycle fatigue life and residual life (fracture mechanics) prediction.
- Participate as an active member in cross-discipline integrated product teams to provide design solutions that balance performance, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Developing FE simulation models to address real time design or field problems
- Understand technical processes and structural requirements of gas turbine hardware.
- Ability to propose solutions and develop FE simulation models to address real time design or field problems
- Develop and incorporate recent ways to advance technology and improve processes as an individual and as a team contributor.
- Embrace a continuous improvement philosophy.
- Ability to write transparent substantiation documentation, as well as to create and provide impactful,
persuasive technical presentations to internal and external customers.

Basic Qualifications:
- Master s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 6+ years of prior relevant experience
