- The Training Specialist for One Company will design and develop effective training programs, aids and materials to facilitate training for GBS+ associates locally. You will utilize adult learning design principles, best practice and technologies to deliver functional process training,



new hire training, systems or technology training and global community building. You will use digital learning tools and techniques to enhance efficiency while ensuring compliance with enterprise Learning & Development quality standards.
- The Training Specialist works under the direction of the One Company Training Manager and collaborates with other training specialists, functional SMEs, change specialists and site leadership to ensure excellent associate experience in GBS+ training.
