Description
We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as SAP-HRMS professionals. In this role, you will assist in the implementation and maintenance of SAP HRMS, supporting the HR department in managing employee data and HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP HRMS modules.
- Support end-users in using the SAP HRMS system effectively.
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and provide solutions using SAP HRMS.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on SAP HRMS functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HRMS modules.

Skills and Qualifications
- Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of SAP HRMS modules and functionalities.
- Familiarity with database management and data analysis.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
