Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced RPA UiPath Developer Lead to design, develop, and lead automation projects using UiPath. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of RPA developers, ensuring the successful delivery of automation solutions, and driving process improvements across the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field

Experience
- 7+ years of experience in RPA development , with a minimum of 5+ years using UiPath
- Proven experience leading RPA development teams and managing end-to-end automation projects

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio , UiPath Orchestrator , and other UiPath platform components
- Expertise in developing reusable components , performing code reviews , and maintaining code quality




- Strong understanding of workflow design , exception handling , and error resolution
- Experience with programming languages like .NET , C# , VB.NET , or Python (a plus)
- Familiarity with APIs , REST , and web services integrations

Leadership & Communication
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and inspiring technical teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Certifications (Preferred)
- UiPath Developer Advanced Certification
- PMP or Agile Project Management Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
