Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the marine port industry.
- Experience in the maintenance of container cranes (QC/STS, RTG, RMG, or YC) is preferred.
- Experience with PLCs, industrial drives, medium-voltage systems, and crane electrical systems is highly desirable.

Working Conditions
The position is office-based with frequent visits to operational and maintenance areas.
Working conditions include:
- Outdoor work in hot weather.
- Exposure to grease, oil, cleaning chemicals, and other industrial contaminants.
- Occasional exposure to high-noise environments.
- Work in areas with limited lighting.
- Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing field duties.

Purpose of the Position
To provide hands-on maintenance services for Quay Cranes (QC) and Yard Cranes (YC), while planning, supervising, and controlling the work of the assigned team. The role ensures operational and departmental priorities are achieved by maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability.
