Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Cross-Selling and Up-selling
Identify opportunities to sell complementary or higher-value products and services to existing customers.
Educate clients on the benefits of additional offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Customer Acquisition
Acquire current customers by converting leads into paying clients through proactive engagement and consultative selling.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers through various channels.
Retention and Customer Relationships

Pipeline Management
Ensure a robust pipeline of prospects by consistently following up on leads and engaging with potential clients.
Regularly update sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
Productivity and Reporting
Track daily sales activities and provide accurate reports on progress and performance.
Maintain and update CRM records promptly and ensure data accuracy.
Share product and solution-based quotes with customers in a timely manner.
