Role Name: Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager - B2C Sales

Report to: Business Head - AP
As a Sales Head,



the individual is responsible for devising & implementing strategies to generate quality leads through multi-tiered sales force by getting a thorough understanding of the market dynamics, challenges & opportunities. Also, work with cross functional teams to deliver high level of customer satisfaction and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales and ARPU targets as per the approved plan
2. Prepare and submit annual sales plan and budget to Sales Head for approval covering Bandwidth, geographic spread of retail clients, sales manpower plan and projected revenues.
3. Provide feedback to management on market response to current product launches.
4. Ensure implementation of approved sales promotions schemes across the Retail Business Vertical.
5. Conduct reviews of the Sales team on a weekly basis and visit 10% of all enquiries with Sales team.
6. Design & Submit MIS format for tracking and compliance against sales plan.
