Role Responsibilities:
- Support design, implementation, and ongoing support of FinancialForce (Certinia).
- Manage system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user access.
- Customize FinancialForce to meet business needs (create custom objects, fields, and formulas).
- Implement process improvements and stay updated on new features.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder Certifications.
- 3-5 years of experience in system administration and data management.
- Robust problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
