Role Responsibilities:
- Develop new features and modifications for back-end servers of the Mettl Assessment Platform.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand change requests and suggest effective implementation methods.
- Analyze change requests, estimate development effort, and implement changes in a timely manner.
- Perform unit testing and occasionally participate in load testing.
Job Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and web services (Microservices, REST, SOAP, Web API).
- B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and complexity analysis.
- Proficiency in Java and experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
