Associate Solutions Consultant..
Skills:
- Highly organized.
- Excellent English written and verbal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to enforce a workflow and understand when to escalate when input is needed..
- Software consulting or implementation or support experience.
- Experience working with a global team.
Tasks:
- Coordinate internal pre and post client calls to debrief on the goals, objectives, agenda, and deliverables of the call..
- Pulls in SMEs based on skills matrix.
- Attend client calls to observe and document the discussion..
- Create drafts of project initiation and solution design documents.
- Maintains the standard library (Word + Sharepoint).
- Monitor and qualify the intake of recent opportunities.
- Interact with sales team members to get better understanding of upcoming opportunity (Salesforce).
- Review queue of outstanding opportunities to ensure an accurate status is provided.
- Audit the tickets to ensure the appropriate documentation is included (JIRA).
- Review content and provide status reports to stakeholders (PowerBI).
- Monitor KPIs and alert when actions are required..
