Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist to join our global RevOps team. In this role, you will work closely with both demand marketing and customer marketing teams to support and execute marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing our email marketing calendar, creating campaigns in SFDC and Marketo, and ensuring seamless execution and quality assurance of email campaigns, amongst other responsibilities. This role requires a robust background in marketing operations, experience with email marketing platforms & martech systems, and an ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management:
- Manage and maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are scheduled, executed, and tracked according to the plan.
- Work with demand marketing and customer marketing teams to align campaign goals and plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather campaign requirements, assets, and content.
- Campaign Creation and Execution:
- Build, set up, and execute email campaigns in SFDC and Marketo.
- Ensure campaign content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for target audiences.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on all campaigns, ensuring they are free of errors and display correctly across all devices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with demand marketing to drive lead generation campaigns and with customer marketing to manage retention-focused campaigns.
- Align and integrate campaigns from both teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution.
