Candidate should have the following:
- Technical and Functional knowledge:
- Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion.
- Need Oracle Workforce compensation
- Excellent grasp on HCM Fusion Compensation module.
- Good knowledge on Fast Formulas
- Should have valuable understanding on BI and OTBI reports.
- Good communication skills.
Good to have:
- Good in client management
- Requirement gathering, delegation, work allocation, tracking, estimation and timely deliverables.
