Key Deliverables
• Support quotation fulfillment and pricing updates in Oracle ERP.
• Maintain sourcing and lead time data in the GSDB system.
• Track and provide daily reports and key metrics to monitor supply chain performance.
• Assist business teams with purchase order reconciliation during month-end and quarter-end activities.
Role Responsibilities
• Gather and track pricing data in internal systems/databases.
• Analyze supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with business and development teams to provide functional support.
• Manage communication with business stakeholders to keep them informed of daily activities and programs.
