Key Deliverables
- Configure and maintain the Varicent ICM software application to support sales incentive compensation management (SPM) business processes.
- Design, implement, and update the Varicent model based on changes in compensation plans and ensure accurate payout calculations.
- Build and deliver reports related to incentive compensation business metrics.
- Assist with monthly payout processing, ensuring all aspects of incentive compensation technology are effectively managed.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Sales Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of compensation rules.
- Conduct audits and validation of incentive compensation plans and rules to ensure correctness in payout calculations.
- Lead virtual project teams and support the software development lifecycle (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall).
- Provide technical expertise, create solution concepts, and visualize proposed solutions for better understanding.
