Key Deliverables
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Scrum processes.
- Enable team empowerment and continuous improvement, removing impediments promptly.
- Generate and analyze metrics to improve team velocity, software quality, and efficiency.
- Support backlog grooming and collaborate with Product Owners for prioritization.
Role Responsibilities
- Protect the team from external disruptions, maintaining focus on committed sprint work.
- Provide training and refresher sessions for Scrum process to team members.
- Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to optimize Scrum processes across the organization.
- Foster a culture of feedback and self-organization to drive continuous improvement.
