Key Deliverables:
- Resolve production incidents and identify root causes using log analysis and debugging
- Support C/C++ applications with OPOS hardware and MQTT communication
- Detect, recreate, and escalate defects with accurate documentation
- Meet SLA commitments and contribute to knowledge base updates
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for issue resolution
- Perform blind troubleshooting and manage fault recreation
- Mentor L1 and L2 technicians, write technical advisories and support docs
- Adapt to 24x7 shift work, multitask under pressure, and manage escalations
