Key Deliverables
- Automate regression suites using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, C#, Java, and SQL.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Monitor and resolve bugs, ensuring that issues are tracked and fixed in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support during software installation and configuration, ensuring smooth customer experiences.
Role Responsibilities
- Test system modifications and ensure the software conforms to user and business specifications, particularly for the Japanese market.
- Communicate with customer support teams and provide recommendations on software usability and functionality.
- Participate in product design reviews and ensure technical accuracy and compliance of software documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify deviations from standards and suggest modifications to improve the software.
