Role & Responsibilities
- Implementation of Change Requests for the EDM and Thinkfolio software for clients that are in Production and ensuring they are being completed with high attention to quality.
- Join CAB meetings to engage with Service Delivery Managers on code releases and/or discussions around additional requirements gathering.
- Coordinate and interact with Cloud Engineers, DBAs, Technical Support, Client Management, and Regional Leads.
