We are seeking an exceptionally experienced and dynamic individual to assume the role of Director, Performance Quality Engineering within our Digital Technologies team, driving the performance testing and performance engineering , ensuring the highest quality, scalability and reliability in the applications that we deploy. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in leading testing teams and transformation projects, demonstrating solid technical leadership and distinguished people management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:



Develop and implement comprehensive performance testing and engineering strategies that align with the overarching goals and objectives of the organization.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance engineers and testers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Performance Testing: Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of performance tests utilizing tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, and Neoload.
- Performance Engineering: Implement performance engineering practices to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure optimal performance of digital products.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and product management, to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle.
