Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of managers or supervisors responsible for various functions within the cluster
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute cluster-specific strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals
- Monitor and report on progress toward strategic objectives
- Operations Management:



Oversee the day-to-day operations and processes of the cluster, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to meet the cluster's operational requirements
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the cluster and ensure teams are working towards these targets
- Regularly assess performance and take corrective actions as needed
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster communication and collaboration both within the cluster and with other departments or clusters
