Carry out intimate coordination and liaison with the village Patwaris, RIs and revenue department officials at the Distt Level
Ensure that demarcation, measurements by the Patwaris are being carried out accurately.
Advise on land/revenue matter and ensure correct information is obtained from the various land records.
Assist in stacking, marking sketches in field & documentation. Assist officer in charge. of the area in execution of his duties and officiate in his absence.
Assist in rent distribution, its accounting & coordination with Finance.
Carry out advanced planning and implementation of all activities wrt land acquisition.
Ensure that LAQ does not become a criticality in the progress of CBM project
Progress LAQ work for CBM wells, Ensure all documents connected with LAQ are accurate, legally correct,
completed well in time & properly maintained in safe custody
Prepare all documents wrt diversion / permanent acquisition, lease agreements & other connected documents in time & submit to concerned authorities
Maintain good liaison at Tehsil & village levels to facilitate LAQ progress.
