Key Responsibilities

Purchase stock and materials for all brands based on demand and reorder requirements.
Source and negotiate with vendors for packaging, raw materials, and consumables.
Raise purchase orders and follow up until material is delivered on time.
Compare quotations on price, quality, and lead time before finalizing vendors.
Identify and onboard new vendors to improve cost and reliability.
Maintain vendor records, rate contracts, and purchase documentation.
Work with stores and production teams to buy ahead of stock shortages.

Who Can Apply

Freshers with robust negotiation skills or 1-3 years in purchase or procurement.
Fluency in English and Tamil for vendor communication.
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic purchase documentation.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up persistently.
