Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer with 817 years of hands-on experience in designing and coordinating building services for Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects. Candidates with exposure to high-end luxury developments will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed MEP designs (HVAC / Electrical / ELV / Plumbing & Fire Fighting as applicable).
Coordinate design inputs across disciplines to ensure fully integrated MEP solutions.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and project teams to resolve design issues.
Ensure designs meet relevant codes, standards, and client expectations.
Participate in design reviews, value engineering exercises, and technical meetings.
Support site teams during project execution when required.
Requirements
817 years of experience in MEP design and coordination.
Robust background in Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects; luxury project experience preferred.
Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit, discipline-specific tools).
Solid understanding of local and international codes/standards.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
