Brief About Role:
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will support end-to-end recruitment operations by
ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders, vendors, candidates,
and internal functions.
The role requires solid operational excellence, stakeholder management, and process
coordination skills to drive hiring efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and coordinate recruitment vendors, including performance tracking, communication,
and issue resolution.
● Facilitate cross-functional transactions and collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement,
and Business teams.
● Coordinate legal reviews, contract processing, and onboarding documentation where required.
