Plus530 is a new, invitation-only Luxury Members Travel Club creating premium self-drive expeditions and curated travel experiences for entrepreneurs, business leaders, professionals, and passionate travellers.
We are currently building our founding team and are looking for ambitious individuals who want hands-on experience in business development, sales, customer acquisition, and startup growth.
Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern – Member Acquisition, you will be responsible for helping Plus530 build its initial member base.
You will work closely with the Business Head to identify potential customers, initiate conversations, understand their travel preferences, qualify prospects, and convert qualified leads into Plus530 members.
This is a target-driven, customer-facing role and is ideal for someone who wants to develop strong skills in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation




Research and identify potential Plus530 members through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and relevant communities.
Build and continuously update a database of qualified prospects.
Identify prospects based on factors such as travel interests, qualified profile, lifestyle, and interest in self-drive experiences.
2. Outbound Sales
Make outbound calls to prospective members and introduce Plus530.
Initiate conversations through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email where appropriate.
Clearly communicate Plus530's concept, upcoming expeditions, and member experience.
Handle initial questions and provide relevant information to prospects.
3. Lead Qualification
Understand the prospect's travel preferences, frequency, interests, and expectations.
Conduct the Plus530 travel interest survey.
Identify prospects with genuine interest in premium self-drive and experiential travel.
Categorize leads based on their level of
