Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager – Field Sales Executive based in the Greater Chennai Area. The role involves meeting prospective and existing customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable products from Policybazaar.com’s portfolio.



The Relationship Manager will manage end-to-end sales cycles, including lead follow-up, product explanation, documentation support, and policy issuance coordination. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving assigned sales targets, and providing post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to share market feedback, improve processes, and support local business growth initiatives.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing deals.
Customer relationship management capabilities, such as active listening, consultative selling, and handling objections with professionalism.
