Job Description – Business Development Executive (Pet Care)

Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Pet Tech Solutions Specialist to drive adoption of our pet care applications and digital products. This role combines business development, client engagement, and product demonstration to ensure pet parents, veterinarians, and pet businesses (shops, groomers, trainers, boarding, etc.) understand and benefit from our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell our pet care applications and digital tools to pet parents, clinics, and pet businesses.




Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the value and ease of use of our digital platforms.
Assist in on boarding new users and partners, ensuring a smooth adoption journey.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer success and retention.
Identify business opportunities and work towards achieving monthly/quarterly growth targets.
Act as a bridge between customers and the product team by providing feedback and insights.
Stay updated on industry trends, pet care solutions, and competitor products.

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain digital products/Apps/IT tools in a easy and relatable way.
Sales, business development, or customer success experience (preferably in Pharma, Fmcg, Tech or pet care sector).
Passion for pets and willingness to engage with pet parents and businesses.
Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset and target-oriented approach.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Life Sciences, or related field.
Experience in Pharma (Veterinary) is preferable.
