Responsibility for India Powder ISC operations including direct management of Thane Site and overlooking 2 other sites Lead and manage AN India s Powder Operations teams Ensure that the customers needs are met MSA OTIF MME RFT Targets Responsible for Quality HSE ISC Budget for India Powder Operations Responsibility of Multi DC Logistics Operations for India Work closely with Commercial Finance Global and Regional Team to drive excellence in India Operations IR Climate responsibility for all sites Facilitate development of all personnel while specially focusing on succession planning leadership talent

HSE Driving AkzoNobel HSES Agenda in all activities functions in the Site Contribute to BBS program at site PTW compliance in coordination with HSE S department Working together with HSE S department to integrate safety into business process and develop leadership culture in Process Safety Management This will be done by Identify risks associated to equipment facilities in place Plan for mitigation to eliminate the risks Develop program to train respective employees on equipment operation Develop critical process to be complied in operating certain equip
