Function Operations Pay Band E3 Below Role As a team manager you will be a part of the Engine assembly and will report to the Section Head-Engine Assembly The purpose of your role will be handling Shift production in-charge of Engine Assembly and Meet Daily Production Target of Engine Assembly with optimum utilization of resources A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to 1 Controlling Engine Production in shift to achieve daily Production Targets 2 Achieving Customer Delight through best quality control practices in shop floor 3 Strengthening DWM activities on Shop Floor 4 Improving Operational Efficiency by accelerating TPM Activities 5 Proper manpower Handling 6 Planning Desired Output in Case of Unplanned Breakdown s 7 Managing Production target during festival holidays 8 100 Adherence to Manual Checkpoints on Assembly Line A Day in the life 1 Ensure Smooth Running of Production as per target 2 Ensure control of line stoppages 3 Ensure Reduction in Flow of Defects to Customer 4 Ensure All Safety Standard Operating Procedures are followed on line 5 Ensure Improvement of Profitability through Controlling Cost parameters 6 Improving TPM parameters 3s JH scores and OLE scores of Assembly Lines 7 Ensure Emotional Connect Between Mentor and Mentee 8 Imparting Training and aiding OJT 9 Conducting Skill Mitigation Academic Qualification Experience Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 4-6 years of relevant work experience Technical Skills Knowledge 1 MS Office SAP PPT 2 5S TPM SPC TPS 3 Understanding of organizational context policies needs and expectation of all interested parties 4 Defect Handling and In Built Quality 5 Maintenance and development of tools and fixtures 6 Ensuring Safe Working Environment Behavioural Skills 1 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 2 Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate 3 Robust supervisory and leadership skills 4 Behavioral Based Safety Approach 5 Plan
