This role is for one of Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 700000 - Rs 1300000 ie INR 7-13 LPA Min Experience 6 years Location Bengaluru JobType full time Requirements We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer with a strong background in steel structures and connection design to join our engineering team The ideal candidate will have 6 years of professional experience in structural analysis design and detailing with expertise in tools such as STAAD STAAD-Pro and SACS This role requires the ability to deliver safe cost-effective and innovative structural solutions across a variety of industrial commercial and infrastructure projects You will be responsible for performing complex structural analyses preparing detailed design documents and ensuring compliance with relevant codes standards and client requirements Key Responsibilities Structural Design Analysis Perform detailed structural analysis and design of steel structures including frames trusses platforms towers and pipe racks Carry out connection design for welded and bolted joints in compliance with international design codes Utilize advanced engineering software such as STAAD STAAD-Pro and SACS to develop models run simulations and optimize design solutions Technical Documentation Prepare design calculations drawings and detailed reports for submission to clients and stakeholders Review shop drawings fabrication drawings and vendor submissions to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent Ensure design deliverables comply with industry standards AISC IS Eurocodes API etc and client specifications Project Execution Work closely with project managers drafters and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones Provide technical input during project planning risk assessments and feasibility studies Conduct structural integrity assessments and support value engineering initiatives to optimize cost and material usage Collaboration Coordination Liaise with cl
