We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of our products/projects. You will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to build secure systems and proactively prevent issues.

What Youll Do

- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of systems
- Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
- Monitor systems using metrics, logs, and traces, and set up alerting
- Handle incidents, on-call duties, and conduct postmortems
- Automate deployments, scaling, and recovery processes
- Manage infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform
- Operate and scale containerized systems (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Plan capacity and optimize infrastructure costs
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies
- Improve system reliability through testing (load, chaos, failover)
- Ensure production systems meet security and compliance standards
- Support reliability of ML/data systems (pipelines, inference, drift monitoring)
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, CSE, and FDE teams

Who Can Apply

- Candidates with understanding of Linux/Unix Windows systems
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)




- Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Site24x7, Azure Monitor, Zabbix, etc.)
- Understanding of APIs, web applications, and system architecture
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and automation experience
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Understanding of relational/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Exposure to DevOps practices and microservices architecture
- Awareness of security best practices (secret management, access control, compliance basics)
- Experience in incident handling and troubleshooting
