- Meeting monthly, quarterly admission & yearly fresh admission numbers
- Enquiry follow up
- Tele counselling of leads
- Maintaining proper records in system
- Selling of Prospectus
- Post admission relationship with students
- Generating references from admitted students
- Achieving Fresh Collections revenue

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be passionate about student engagement and capable of driving admissions through effective counselling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries and guide prospective parents/students through the admission process
- Conduct counselling sessions and follow-ups to achieve admission targets
- Build and maintain solid relationships with parents and stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless admission operations
- Participate in school events, campaigns, and promotional activities
