Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise on SAP CRM, SAP CX, and case management solutions to clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services.

- Ensure timely resolution of client issues through efficient case management processes.

- Develop and implement effective customer service strategies using SAP tools.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting, preferably in a similar role (SAP CRM/CX).

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Solid understanding of SAP CRM, SAP CX, case management, and customer service principles.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
