Job Summary

Abybaby Events Private Limited is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team and drive business growth through performance marketing, lead generation, and strategic campaign management.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with Digital Marketing Agencies or related industries and possess strong expertise in campaign management, team leadership, client servicing, and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS, ROI, CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, and Conversion Rate.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Coordinate with Creative, Production, and Client Servicing teams for successful campaign execution.
- Manage multiple client accounts and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and market analysis.
- Manage campaign budgets, media planning, and forecasting.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite,



and Looker Studio.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills

- 3 - 5 years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Experience in Digital Marketing Agencies or related industries.
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, Conversion Tracking, and Campaign Analytics.
- Experience in Client Servicing and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Event Management, Advertising, Branding, or Digital Marketing Agency industry.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in budget planning, campaign forecasting, and digital strategy.
