Our reputed tax advisory client is looking to hire enthusiastic Chartered Accountants with 4 to 6 years of PQE in direct taxes advisory.

Role Highlights:
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Navigate complex tax and regulatory frameworks, including Income Tax, FEMA, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, Trust Act, Stamp Duty, and others.
- Provide Corporate and International Tax Advisory Services in relation to tax treaties/ double tax avoidance agreements, which may arise from time to time in the course of business including taxability of Royalties / FTS, PE formation, claim of tax credit, GAAR, PoEM, ICDS, etc.
- Provide Corporate tax Advisory Services for special arrangements demanding inputs, inter alia, from Foreign Exchange Management Act (inbound and outbound investment), Double tax avoidance-tax treaties, Companies Act etc.
- Update client on amendments in Tax Laws, Judicial precedents relevant to it and guidance on future course of action.
- At least 70% of the past and current work should be into DT advisory.
