We're hiring a Site Engineer for a high-rise residential project built on the MIVAN/Aluminium Formwork system. This is a hands-on execution role, not a design or coordination desk job, so we're looking for someone who's actually run MIVAN cycles on site and knows what it takes to keep a slab cycle on schedule.
What you'll be doing:
- Executing civil structural works including pile foundation, RCC, conventional and MIVAN/Aluform shuttering as per approved drawings
- Supervising the full MIVAN cycle: shuttering, reinforcement, embedments, concreting, de-shuttering and slab cycle planning
- Tracking daily and weekly execution against the project schedule
- Planning site manpower deployment for efficient execution
- Reading and interpreting GFC/AutoCAD drawings, reinforcement details and structural parameters
- Coordinating with contractors and sub-contractors on day-to-day site operations
- Preparing measurement sheets and RA bills for contractor billing
- Maintaining material reconciliation for steel, cement, RMC and other materials
- Handing over structural work to the finishing team with quality sign-off
- Running regular quality and safety checks on site
- Closing technical drawing observations before execution begins
- Reporting daily progress and site issues to the Project Manager
What you need to have:
- 5 to 9 years of experience in civil site execution
- Hands-on MIVAN/Aluform/Aluminium Formwork experience - this is mandatory, not negotiable
- Experience on a high-rise building project - mandatory
- Strong RCC structural execution background
- Ability to read and work off GFC/AutoCAD drawings
