"Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics preferred)
13 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (freshers with robust skills may apply)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Comfortable working in a hybrid (WFO/WFH) model
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English




Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Intermediate Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Supply chain tools or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Basic understanding of inventory planning and demand forecasting"

Roles and Responsibilities:
"Monitor and manage daily supply chain operations including order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination
Ensure timely procurement and fulfillment of goods based on business requirements
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery, proactively addressing delays or exceptions
Prepare reports and dashboards using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve queries"
