- Design, implement, and maintain data center infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot issues with network connectivity, power supply, cooling systems, and other critical components of the data center.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and optimize system configurations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, firmware updates, and hardware replacement.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
- Robust understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP protocols and network security concepts.
- Proficiency in ticketing tools for tracking incidents and managing service requests.
