Job Description
The Guardians Real Estate Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a CRM Executive for the KDMC region. We are looking for a customer-centric professional who can manage post-sales activities, ensure a smooth customer journey, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer relationships from booking to possession.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Developers, and Banking teams.
- Ensure timely collection of customer documents and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure high service standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with channel partners and developers for seamless customer servicing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4-8 Years
- Industry: Real Estate (Preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
