Supply Chain involves managing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This role includes planning and coordinating production, transportation, and inventory management. It also involves ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality control. The goal is to optimize the entire supply chain process to meet customer demands and improve organizational efficiency.
Set up and manage a transportation sourcing event using combinatorial bidding software packages (such as CombineNet) and performing constraint-based scenario visioning to provide shippers with the optimal package of carrier bids.
