Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate process effectiveness and recommend improvements to optimize performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively convey technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
