We are hiring experienced telecallers for PCD Pharma Franchise business. The role involves calling distributors, doctors, and pharma partners across South India, Bengal, and Eastern regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily outbound calls to pharma distributors & franchise leads
- Explain PCD Pharma Franchise model and convert leads
- Handle follow-ups and close deals
- Maintain call records and lead status
- Achieve daily/weekly conversion targets
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in Pharma Telecalling (PCD/Franchise)
- Must speak any 2–3 languages from below:
- Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam
- Bengali
- Odia / Assamese
- Robust sales closing ability
Preferred
- Already worked with PCD Pharma companies
- Lead conversion experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
