About Us:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business objectives by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and advantages, compliance, training, and organizational development initiatives.

Office Location: Currently based in Prahladnagar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Human Resources department.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Handle employee relations,



grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct performance management and appraisal processes.
- Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.
- Support organizational growth, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
