Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architect to manage end-to-end architectural coordination for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves statutory approvals, consultant management, design review, construction coordination, and ensuring compliance with CIDCO/NMMC/UDCPR, DCR, and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate plot demarcation, site surveys, AMSL verification, and land development activities.

● Manage statutory approvals, submissions, sanctions, commencement certificates, and amendments.

● Review and coordinate architectural, RCC, MEP, MOEF, landscape, and interior design deliverables.

● Ensure compliance with CIDCO/NMMC/UDCR regulations, DCR norms, fire regulations, and other statutory requirements.

● Monitor FSI utilization and development parameters throughout the project lifecycle.

● Review GFC drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and consultant deliverables.

● Coordinate with consultants, contractors,



government authorities, and internal teams.

● Conduct site inspections and resolve design and execution-related issues.

● Maintain project documentation, drawing control, and approval records.

Required Skills:

● Robust knowledge of CIDCO/NMMC/UDCPR regulations, DCR, FSI calculations, and statutory approval processes.

● Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.

● Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural coordination.

● Excellent project coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

● Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

● Registration with COA preferred.

Preferred Experience:

● Experience handling approvals and project execution in Navi Mumbai/MMR region.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
