We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Husband and Wife teaching couple to join our residential school community This dual role requires one individual to hold a primary academic teaching position while both contribute significantly to the Hostel Warden duties providing continuous stable and responsible supervision for our boarding students One spouse will be designated the Primary Warden but both must participate fully in all residential and pastoral duties 1 Primary Faculty Responsibilities Designated Spouse This spouse will carry the standard teaching load based on their academic specialization e g PGT TGT or College Faculty Academic Instruction Plan prepare and deliver high-quality instruction in the designated subject area e g Science Maths Humanities Assessment Conduct formative and summative assessments grade papers and maintain accurate records of student academic progress Curriculum Ensure teaching methods and materials comply with the school s curriculum standards e g CBSE University guidelines Extra-Curricular Contribute to the school s co-curricular program through clubs sports or academic activities 2 Shared Residential Pastoral Responsibilities Both spouses are jointly accountable for the welfare safety and discipline of the hostel residents requiring a 24 7 on-campus presence during the term Student Welfare Serve in loco parentis ensuring the general health emotional well-being and nutritional needs of all students are met Discipline Security Jointly enforce hostel rules and regulations firmly and consistently Manage curfews bed checks and maintain a secure and disciplined setting Administrative Oversight Manage daily operations including student sign-in out leave requests maintenance reporting and managing the roster for support staff security housekeeping Counseling Mentorship Provide academic motivation personal counseling and guidance to students acting as positive role models Health Safety Manage minor ailments and first aid Coordinate with
