About the job Main responsibilities Key Focus Areas Leadership Strategy Will lead the site Manufacturing team and implement site strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency Operations Management Oversee all manufacturing operations including Production and Packing Deliver Production planning and production capacities assessment with appropriate tools for budget long range planning purposes and according to business needs Ensure timely delivery of products with adherence to quality productivity product technical complaints plant cycle time overall equipment efficiency cost and service targets Capital Budget Management Manage site budget and operational expenditures Lead infrastructure upgrades Prepare revenue capital budget requirements for the year and for the long-range plan monitor the expenditure with respect to the sanctioned budgets review the routing and capacity calculations for manufacturing and packaging with respect to recent product introduction and for improvements changes in existing products analyze Products cost along with controlling monitor yields and adopt process excellence measures to reduce wastage and minimize cost of goods produced Quality Compliance Ensure full compliance with cGMP regulatory and safety standards Maintain audit readiness and lead regulatory inspections quality safety commercial FDA CDSCO Implement robust quality systems and continuous improvement practices Ensure timely implementation of CAPA and closure of all critical major and minor deviations Be proactive to reduce market complaints Equipment Maintenance Ensure continuous improvement in the Overall Equipment Efficiency OEE of the machines including qualification validation calibration of the manufacturing equipment machines and systems Continuous Improvement Projects Champions and drives continuous improvements in the department Also works closely with other departments and contributes to Company s priorities in environment safety quality and customer serv
