Job Summary
Client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage government tender activities, sales and purchase coordination, and data entry. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the GEM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal and possess positive organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle government tenders through the GEM (Government e-marketplace) Portal.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor tender documents and quotations.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in Excel and company systems.
• Coordinate purchase activities with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare sales quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Maintain customer, vendor, and product records.




• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and complies with company policies.
• Generate reports and assist in maintaining sales and purchase records.

Required Skills
• Knowledge of GEM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data entry.
• Understanding of purchase and sales processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Bachelorl's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in tender handling, sales support, or purchase coordination is preferred.
• Experience in the diagnostic, medical equipment, or healthcare industry will be an added advantage
